Oray, a leading Saas provider focusing on remote collaboration, raised tens of millions of dollars in the financing solely led by Gaocheng Capital

Founded in 2006, Oray boasts proprietary R&D and standardized product delivery, with a product shelf of Sunflower (remote control), Peanut Shell (remote connection) and Dandelion (fast networking) to provide connectivity among people, devices and networks for enterprises and individual users.

Sunflower Remote Control is Oray’s core product, providing customers with an army of solutions supporting all platforms, devices and scenarios. Using remote desktop protocol and transmission technology, Sunflower provides functional modules such as remote desktop, remote file, remote camera, among others. Users can connect to off-site devices from anywhere through mobile devices like smart phones and iPads, with super fast cross-platform access. Also, Oray has been constantly innovating, launching end-to-end integrated solutions based on software platform, achieving low-latency remote connection even with limited resources and low bandwidth to meet customer needs in the IoT era.

Sunflower supports a variety of enterprise and personal user scenarios. For enterprise users, Sunflower meets common needs such as intranet ERP/OA access, IT Helpdesk, remote office/conference, remote after-sales service, remote equipment monitoring and maintenance, etc. Oray continues to accumulate best practices to construct modular solutions in security, real estate, retail, industrial and medical fields, with ever-increasing customer loyalty. According to Oray, Sunflower is currently the No.1 remote control and collaboration software in China, with a total of over 36 million registered users, providing services to 300,000 enterprises of all types. Sunflower has over 12 million monthly active accounts, higher than its industry peers; it also has 100% renewal rate from key enterprise users. During COVID-19 pandemic, Oray opened access free of charge to help people work from home, and achieved a KPI growth rate of 300% YoY.

Oray also has on its product shelf Peanut Shell and Dandelion. Peanut Shell is for open remote connectivity based on dynamic DNS that helps users access intranet applications. Dandelion is an intelligent networking solution for enterprises, helping customers quickly deploy and set up virtual networks to achieve connectivity of devices and information among different office locations of a company. Currently, it provides services to customers such as banks, governments and large enterprises.

After this series of financing, Oray will further improve its enterprise-level remote control products, with better modules of security audit, authority configuration and identity authentication, and continue to explore new opportunities and establish its presence in international market.
